FP Guest Policies

1. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in may be accommodated subject to room availability.

2. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in for verification purposes. This helps us ensure the safety and security of everyone at the property.

3. Guests are required to present proof of full payment to the Front Office on or before arrival to complete the check-in process.

4. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, or failure to arrive on the expected check-in date, will result in full forfeiture of the booking and payment. Modifications or cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Modifications made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation cost.

5. Please note that room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts may only be availed upon presentation of a valid Philippine government issued ID at the time of booking. If you are availing Senior/PWD discounts, kindly provide us your Philippine Government issued ID immediately upon booking so applicable discounts can be applied. To comply with tax regulations, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively once the booking is finalized.

7. Fundacion Pacita is not liable for loss or theft of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.

8. Guests are liable for any damage to Fundacion Pacita property caused by themselves or their visitors.

9. To ensure the comfort, health, and safety of all guests and staff, smoking in Fundacion Pacita is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area located in the parking beside Cafe du Tukon. Violation of this policy will result in a ₱10,000 fee. Additional charges may apply if smoking causes property damage or triggers the fire alarm system. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

10. Each room at Fundacion Pacita has a maximum occupancy limit based on its size and configuration. For your safety and comfort, guests must not exceed the specified maximum number of occupants per room. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the Front Office to confirm the maximum occupancy allowed for your room. Additional guests beyond the maximum allowed may not be accommodated or may incur extra charges.

11. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, harassment, illegal activity, or intentional damage will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund for serious or repeated violations. Thank you for helping us maintain the serenity of the place.

12. Fundacion Pacita is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds on payments made will not be allowed. However, re-booking may be made within 6 months of your cancelled arrival date, subject to the availability of the room.

13. For your convenience, Fundacion Pacita may assist in arranging tours, transportation, or other services provided by third-party vendors. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for the performance, safety, or quality of these external services and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from their use.

14. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. By connecting, you agree not to use the internet for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities, including downloading copyrighted material or accessing harmful content. The hotel is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.

15. For the safety, comfort, and preservation of our property, guests must seek prior approval from management before bringing in large or specialized equipment, including but not limited to: kitchen appliances, audio-visual or recording equipment, etc.
