Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in may be accommodated subject to room availability.

Identification Requirement
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in for verification purposes. This helps ensure the safety and security of everyone at the property.

Proof of Payment
Guests are required to present proof of full payment to the Front Office on or before arrival to complete the check-in process.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. However, guests are permitted to rebook within a one-year period from the original reservation date.

Room Rates
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Senior Citizen and PWD Discounts
Senior Citizen and PWD discounts may only be availed upon presentation of a valid Philippine government-issued ID at the time of booking. If you are availing Senior/PWD discounts, kindly provide us your Philippine Government issued ID immediately upon booking so applicable discounts can be applied. To comply with tax regulations, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively once the booking is finalized.

Loss and Liability
Fundacion Pacita is not liable for loss or theft of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
Guests are liable for any damage to Fundacion Pacita property caused by themselves or their visitors.

No Smoking Policy
To ensure the comfort, health, and safety of all guests and staff, smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including the use of cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and similar devices.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area beside Café du Tukon. Violations will result in a ₱10,000 fee. Additional charges may apply if smoking causes property damage or triggers the fire alarm. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Extra Bed

Some rooms may not accommodate extra beds. If you require an extra bed, please ensure you book a suitable room. For assistance, please consult our Reservations team.

Room Occupancy
For your safety and comfort, guests must not exceed the specified maximum number of occupants per room. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the Front Office to confirm the maximum occupancy allowed for your room. Additional guests beyond the maximum allowed may not be accommodated or may incur extra charges.

 

Children aged 8 and above require an extra bed at an additional charge. If the room has reached its capacity, an extra bed must be booked for the child. For rooms with only one adult and one child (8 years old and above), no extra bed is needed. Please note that not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed and extra beds are limited. Guests are advised to ensure that they book a room that allows for an additional bed and to confirm arrangements with Reservations prior to their stay.

Guest Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property. Disruptive behavior, harassment, illegal activity, intentional damage, or refusal to follow hotel policies will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund for serious or repeated violations.

Force Majeure Policy
Fundacion Pacita is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to natural disasters, health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Payments are non-refundable, but rebooking may be made within 6 months of the canceled arrival date, subject to room availability.

Third-Party Services
Fundacion Pacita may assist in arranging tours, transportation, or other services from external providers. However, we are not responsible for the performance, safety, or quality of these services, nor for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

Wi-Fi Use
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Guests agree not to use it for illegal or harmful activities, including downloading copyrighted content. The hotel is not liable for service interruptions or data breaches.

Equipment Restrictions
Guests must seek prior approval before bringing in large or specialized equipment (e.g., kitchen appliances, A/V equipment). Unauthorized equipment may be denied entry.

Drone Policy
For the privacy and safety of all guests and staff, the use of drones or any aerial filming devices within the property is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the property. Certified service animals may be permitted upon submission of valid documentation.

Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are discouraged in guest rooms to help maintain cleanliness and avoid attracting pests

Photography & Commercial Use
Any photography, videography, or filming intended for commercial use must receive prior written approval from Fundacion Pacita management. Unauthorized commercial content creation may result in immediate eviction and legal action.

Event Photography
Photography and videography for events such as weddings, pre-nuptial shoots, or other organized sessions are permitted only in designated areas and must be coordinated with management in advance. These shoots are subject to additional fees, scheduled time slots, and property use guidelines. Unauthorized sessions may be stopped or denied access.

Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms and common areas unless prior approval is given by management. Unregistered visitors may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises. Overnight guests must be declared and may incur additional fees.

Emergency Procedures
In case of fire, earthquake, or medical emergencies, guests are expected to follow the instructions of staff and posted safety protocols. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and a fire extinguisher is located in each room or hallway. Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation map provided in your room.

Terrain & Natural Hazards Disclaimer
Fundacion Pacita is situated on a cliffside with elevated terrain and natural surroundings. While all guest areas are maintained for safety, guests are advised to exercise caution when walking outdoors, especially near ledges or uneven ground. The property shall not be held liable for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to observe posted guidelines or due care.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during this period.

Environmental Commitment
In line with our sustainability goals, we encourage guests to conserve water and electricity. Linens and towels will be changed upon the request of guests. Excessive waste disposal may result in additional charges, in line with our environmental policy
